# Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund terms for subscriptions and digital services provided by Bways Agency.

Payments are for digital software and related services. Refund eligibility depends on the subscription term and cancellation timing below.

## 2) Monthly plans

– Monthly plans can be canceled at any time before the next billing date.
– Charges already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
– Service remains active until the end of the paid monthly period.

## 3) Annual plans (paid in advance)

– Customers on annual prepaid plans may request cancellation by email with at least **30 days written notice**.
– For approved early cancellation, billing is recalculated based on the months already used at the applicable **monthly rate** (not the discounted annual rate).
– The refund amount is:

`Amount paid for annual plan – recalculated used months at monthly rate = refundable balance`

– If recalculated usage equals or exceeds the annual payment, no refund is due.

## 4) Refund processing timeline

– Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within **5-15 business days**, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

## 5) Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable unless required by law:

– Completed professional services
– Setup or onboarding services already delivered
– Third-party fees, transaction fees, or taxes already incurred
